Terms & Conditions for Quantum Furniture, LLC

Introduction

Welcome to quantumfurniture.shop. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of furniture products from us. By using or browsing this site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site or place an order.

We attempt to describe and display products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are complete, current, or free of error.


Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Pricing does not include taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees (if applicable) unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct any errors in pricing or product description even after an order has been submitted.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time your order is placed (or as otherwise indicated during checkout). We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. If your payment is not authorized or is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping costs, delivery times, and methods will be as set out during the checkout process or in our Shipping Policy (if posted separately).


Title to and risk of loss for goods pass to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier for shipment (i.e., once the products leave our facility). We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, theft, or other issues caused by the carrier, customs, or other third parties outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Flagler, Florida for any litigation arising under these Terms.
