1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in processing or shipping your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location, product size, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery (Small/Medium Furniture): 5–10 business days

  • Freight or White-Glove Delivery (Large Items): 10–21 business days

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May take up to 4–6 weeks for delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

3. Freight & Large Item Deliveries

Many of our products are oversized and ship via freight carrier instead of standard parcel service.
Freight deliveries are curbside only, meaning the driver will deliver the item to the nearest accessible point outside your residence or business.
If you require in-home delivery or assembly, please contact us before ordering to arrange white-glove service (additional fees may apply).

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible for large trucks and that someone is available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • International destinations

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

6. Damages & Lost Shipments

We take great care to package and ship your order securely. However, furniture can be heavy and fragile, and damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect your order upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  2. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours at [insert email] with your order number and photos.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some furniture items may have delivery restrictions based on size, weight, or carrier limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

8. Order Changes & Address Corrections

Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or delivery method.

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Sales tax is applied at checkout according to state and local regulations.

Shipping Policy - The Basics
