1. All Sales Are Final
At Quantum Furniture, LLC, we take pride in providing quality furniture that’s built to last. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
Because our furniture is large, custom-packed, and often made to order, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, size, color preference, or fit within a space.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage or a genuine manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected item at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement:

Inspect your order upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Take clear photos of the damage to the item and packaging.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@quantumfurniture.shop with your order number and photos attached.
After reviewing the evidence, our team will determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
If approved, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or partial refund at our discretion.
Please note:

Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, or finish are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or accidents after delivery is not covered.
3. Reporting Window
You must report any shipping damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Claims submitted after that period may not be eligible for replacement, as shipping carriers require timely notification for claims.
4. Replacement Process
Once your claim is approved:

We will schedule a replacement shipment or repair as soon as possible.

You may be asked to securely repackage the damaged item for carrier pickup.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement part or credit toward a future order instead of a full replacement.
5. No Refunds for Custom or Special Orders
Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable except in the case of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage as outlined above.

We use natural wood that has variations in it due to weather and conditions. These variations are not a defect in the wood. Please see the image below for an example of normal and expected finishes.
